Sales Account Executives – All Territories – USA
 
Position Overview
Have you been working in security sales or hardware distribution and looking for a next step in your career? We are an access control manufacturer seeking Account Executives to join our regional expansion efforts. This mid-level role is designed for a professional who has 2–4 years of experience in the electronic security industry and has an understanding of physical access control systems (PACS). You will be responsible for recruiting new dealers and managing distribution partners within your territory.
 
Responsibilities
  • Dealer Recruitment: Identify and sign up security dealers for authorized partner programs to build a local roster of ready installation partners.
  • Distribution Management: Manage and train regional distribution partners, ensuring hardware displays are maintained and counter staff are effective brand advocates.
  • Sales Activity: Conduct virtual and in person product demos and maintain a consistent travel schedule to support dealer site visits and group sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal pre-sales engineering and technical support teams to handle complex project specifications and ensure successful dealer onboarding.


Qualifications
  • Location: Candidates must be located in the United States within a reasonable commuting distance of a major airport to facilitate efficient travel across a multi-state territory.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in security hardware distribution or security system sales. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of physical access control systems (PACS) and their applications. Experience with cloud-managed systems, or mobile credentialing is a plus.
  • Traits: We are looking for someone who is coachable, hungry for growth, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Communication: Presentation skills for both virtual presentations and larger group “Lunch & Learn” settings.
