Yes: Only NEW Integra32 R5 systems installed in the continental USA will include a 4-year Software Support Period. All other regions will include only a 1-year Software Support Period.

– No Previous Installation: Integra32 R3/R4/R5 has not been previously installed on the target server.

–Unique Site Name: The site name for the NEW Integra32 R5 system has not been used to register another Integra32 R3/R4/R5 system.

– Unique Site Address: The site address for the NEW Integra32 R5 system has not been used to register another Integra32 R3/R4/R5 system.

– No Database Restoration: A previously backed up Integra32 R3/R4/R5 system database will not be restored or copied over to the NEW Integra32 R5 system.

– Software updates within the same release version.

– Software Support through RBH’s Technical Support Department during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EDT/EST.

– For STANDARD Integra32 R5 licenses, the MSRP remains $0.
