The extended support period will be added to the current Software Support Expiry date shown under Help > About in your Integra32 system.
Example: If your support expired 2 months ago and you purchase a 1-year extension today, your new expiry date will be 10 months from today (12 – 2  months).

Open your Integra32 system, go to Help > About, and locate the Serial Number and License Type. Need help finding your Serial Number and License Type? Watch the video.

Yes, you can purchase and apply a support extension at any time. The additional support period will be added to the current Software Support Expiry date shown under Help > About in your Integra32 system. Watch the video. Example: If your current support expires in 5 months and you purchase a 1-year extension today, your new expiry date will be 17 months from today (5 + 12 months).

Your system will continue to operate normally. However, to receive software support from RBH or to update your system, you’ll need to extend the software support period by contacting your authorized RBH dealer who maintains your system.
