Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager for Ontario Canada

Reports To: Director of Sales
Job Summary:
RBH Access Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager with proven experience in access control technology or IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through in-person meetings, territory visits, cold calls, and networking. The Account Manager is self-motivated, outgoing, and thrives on building long-term relationships and closing deals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
· Meet with existing and prospective customers in person to present products/services and provide solutions.
· Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Pipeline needs to be updated daily in CRM.
· Conduct territory analysis and strategic planning to maximize sales opportunities.
· Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.
· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
· Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software (calls, visits, proposals, follow-ups).
· Act as a subject matter expert on RBH’s product suite, including access control software, hardware, and third-party integrations
· Understand client needs and collaborate with internal engineering and technical support to develop tailored solutions
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
· Minimum of 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in access control, physical security, or CCTV
· Strong understanding of electronic access control systems, including software platforms, controllers, readers, and credentials
· Familiarity with IP networking, system integration, and security industry standards
· Demonstrated success in technical or consultative selling
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
· Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
· Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment
· Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Technical Support Specialist
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Ontario Canada
Location: Ontario
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Specialist, based in Brampton, ON. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing efficient technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance support processes. The Specialist will also analyze and address customer concerns, document technical solutions, and assist with inquiries regarding RBH Access Technologies’ innovative security systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting access control systems
- Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on clear communication and empathetic problem-solving
- Ability to work in both a collaborative team environment and independently
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records of technical support cases
- Experience or familiarity with electronic security systems or related technology is an asset
- Working Knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases and retrieving data
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related technical field, or equivalent experience
